Ethan Swick

Hello! I’m Ethan. Welcome to my website.

I graduated in 2019 from Evangel University with a BA in Film & Broadcasting and Philosophy, and soon returned to the Ashcroft Center as the Athletic Department’s Creative Content Assistant. My knowledge and experience in streaming and broadcasting aided in the emergence of Evangel’s digital sports network, and my ability to shoot and edit video has brought local and national attention to the Communication and Athletics Departments and has garnered several NAIA awards.

I also do freelance video production and editing; starting in 2017, I began doing video marketing projects for several emerging enterprises and small businesses in Springfield, MO. Five years later, I’m still going strong.

In 2022, I completed my MFA in Writing from the University of Nebraska. I am currently working on a plethora of short stories and flash fiction, as well as a novel project or two. I’m excited to share more in the coming months!

I currently reside in Ozark, Missouri with my wife, Hannah, and our dog, Indiana.
