Vivid, Snappy Prose in “Half His Age,” but it’s Only Half a Story
It was last night when I finished the audiobook edition of Half His Age, and during my daily dog walk this afternoon, I continued to digest the novel and process my thoughts. The book left me with many things to think about, some positive, some negative, and as I walked, the text of this review…

New Novel “Trad Wife” Thrills with a Startling Premise, But Can’t Quite Upend Traditional Horror
I couldn’t put down this book. As a lifelong fan of horror, the premise hooked me immediately, and having a Spotify Premium account, I listened to the entire 11-hour audiobook in about three sittings. To summarize, Trad Wife centers around Camille, a 20-something social media influencer deeply entrenched in the “tradwife” lifestyle; she keeps house,…

New Demo Reel is Live!
After three days of editing, I’m proud to announce that my demo reel is finally finished. It wouldn’t have taken so long to make if I didn’t have such a large library of content to choose from. There were several videos I originally intended to include, but in the end, there just wasn’t room for…

I finally finished my MFA…
Last Thursday, I received all the rights and responsibilities of a full-blown graduate of an MFA program. One could say that I have been given the rank of master. It felt good, though it didn’t really set in until the next day when I realized that I would now have no assignments, no writing packets…

Man, it feels so good to finally have a website. I’m really excited to share this portfolio with the world. Although web design isn’t my background, I’ve had a lot of fun putting this whole thing together. My hope is to effectively showcase my video, photo, and writing work all in one place. Maybe that…
